I really like this design. The only problem I have with it is that I don't think the operator could actually reach the holstered sidearm. It doesn't look like the opposing arm would be able to reach around the front armor and still be able to bend enough to draw the pistol from the holster. I thought maybe it was intended for the operator to use in an emergency, but the grip looks like it's big enough that it's meant for use while suited up.
